You’ve researched dog breeds. You’ve found the perfect breeder. You’ve even picked out your beloved little furball. Now, how do you get her home? Since you know about the dangers of airplane cargo holds, your next step is to contact Puppy Air Care. Pre-Flight We want this trip to be smooth for you and your little one. That’s why we handle all of the travel details ourselves by continually updating and researching each airline’s rules and regulations regarding pet transportation. With that in mind, we also take care of booking flight reservations anywhere in the continental U.S. for your Puppy Nanny and your pet. We work with your breeder and vet to ensure your puppy has all of the necessary documentation prior to boarding her flight. In addition, we provide a soft-sided pet carrier meeting airline size requirements as well as a blanket, food, water, and toys to keep your little angel at peace during her journey home. All of these items are yours to keep – consider it our “welcome home” gift to your baby. On the day of your puppy’s flight, your designated Puppy Nanny will drive to your breeder’s location for doorstep pick-up. Upon their initial introduction, your Puppy Nanny will spend a few minutes cuddling your angel to create a sense of trust and comfort that will ensure a smooth transition. Then, she will offer your puppy a potty break before beginning the voyage home. In Flight Once your puppy has left your breeder’s hands, we take full responsibility for her safety and well being. Your Puppy Nanny will be with her in the plane’s passenger cabin the entire time, offering vital comfort, care, affection, and her undivided attention. If any concerns should arise during the flight, rest easy knowing that your Puppy Nanny has 24-hour phone access to Puppy Air Care’s designated veterinarian. Post Flight When your Nanny arrives with your puppy in tow, she will meet you at the airport to hand deliver your new baby and tell you all about your darling’s first flight. If you can’t make it to the airport, we can make arrangements for your Puppy Nanny to come to your home, in many cases. |
